St. Louis University (Mo.) “ATH” Isaac Thompson on the horizon for offers after strong freshman season

St. Louis University (Mo.) “ATH” Isaac Thompson had a strong freshman year playing cornerback for the first time and wide receiver, enough to get him on college football coaches radar.

“Illinois, Missouri, Wyoming, Kansas, Iowa State, Ball State, and Georgetown are all the schools I’ve talked to so far,” says Thompson.

Thompson is going to be busy with camps including camping out at two schools this summer.

“I’ll be going to The Opening, along with Rivals. I will also camp out at Illinois and Missouri.”

Thompson learned a lot in his first high school season and looks to keep improving before his sophomore campaign.

“I learned a lot my freshman year,” says Thompson. “It was my first year playing cornerback so I learned a lot about the ins and outs of the position.”

Thompson is the son of former Michigan State Hickey Thompson (91-94) and is listed at 6-foot, 170 pounds.
