Belleville 2019 DE Tyrece Woods camped out at Michigan Monday and came away a “happy camper”.

Woods who had received 12 offers prior to Monday came away with his biggest offer yet from The University of Michigan.

“The offer really is a dream come true, I was offered as a Defensive End but my versatility on both sides of the ball and ability to play linebacker is a huge strength of mine.”

Although the offer was huge for Woods being his first Big Ten offer he’s looking to add a couple more Big Ten offers before making his commitment anywhere.

“I’m talking to coaches from Ohio State, Michigan State, and Northwestern so we’ll see what happens. I’m not close to making a commitment anywhere yet.”

As for other camps this summer, Woods’ focus is on his high school team.

“Right now, I’m not really worried about anymore camps, I’m trying to get into the season healthy.”

Woods is ranked the 55th best player in the state of Michigan according to Midwest Prep Lounge and is a 2 Star.
